HRIS/​Paylocity Specialist - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HRIS/Paylocity Specialist to join South College as a remote team member. This HRIS Specialist role focuses on managing and optimizing HR information systems, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency across our growing institution. As a key player in our HRIS initiatives, you will contribute to transforming the lives of our students and enhancing our diverse range of healthcare programs.

What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize HR information systems to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Analyze HR data and generate insightful reports for decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR and IT departments to implement new HRIS technologies and upgrades.
• Conduct training sessions for HR staff on HRIS functionalities and best practices.
• Stay updated on HRIS industry trends and recommend enhancements to improve system performance.
• Develop business cases for HRIS enhancements and present them to stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of Paylocity and other HRIS software solutions.
• Engage in innovative HR technology initiatives to foster a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in HRIS is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS management.
• Experience with HRIS software, particularly Paylocity, is preferred.
• HRIP and SHRM certifications are advantageous.
