Technical Product Owner - Healthcare Solutions
About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Product Owner remote to join our dynamic team at Intracruit Solutions. This role is pivotal in driving solution definitions that support business ideas and product concepts, particularly within the healthcare sector. As a Technical Product Owner remote, you will be responsible for gathering and translating requirements into actionable software solutions, ensuring that the needs of our clients are met effectively.
What You'll Do
- Conduct interviews and requirement workshops with cross-functional teams to gather insights into business needs.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and the development team to drive solutions that align with program-level objectives.
- Document and maintain requirements (features and user stories) in collaboration with product, business, and development teams.
- Refine the program backlog and prepare for Program Increment Planning.
- Prioritize and maintain the team backlog in coordination with the Scrum Master and Delivery Lead.
- Accept user stories completed at the end of each iteration/sprint.
- Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting.
- Engage in special projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or significant equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience working as a Technical Product Owner or Business Analyst in software development projects.
- Ability to quickly learn the healthcare domain; prior healthcare experience is mandatory.
- Strong written skills to convey functional details accurately and precisely.
- Proven problem-solving skills; logical and analytical thinking is essential.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; a true team player.
- Expertise in analysis, documentation, and presentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA, etc.
- Experience with systems modeling, user interface design, and prototyping is preferred.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Scrum Agile development or Scaled Agile Framework; familiarity with Jira is desired.
- Exposure to data access tools such as SQL Developer, Toad, etc.
- Familiarity with HTML, SQL, XML, JSON.
