About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute performance-driven creative strategies across platforms like Meta and TikTok, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Analyze creative performance data to generate actionable insights, guiding continuous improvement in campaigns.
  • Conceptualize and script a variety of assets, including user-generated content (UGC) and high-production materials.
  • Refine creative concepts through iterative testing, focusing on hooks, messaging, and pacing to maximize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with account managers to ensure all creative outputs are on-brand and performance-oriented.
  • Present insights and recommendations confidently to clients, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Stay updated on platform trends and consumer behavior to fuel innovative concept development.
  • Manage multiple client projects efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in creative strategy, particularly in paid social or performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of producing high-performing creative on Meta and TikTok.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on clarity and confidence.
  • A deep understanding of consumer psychology and buying behaviors.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
