Mechanical Assembler - Automation Specialist (Remote)

We are seeking a Mechanical Assembler - Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team at IMA. What You'll Do

• Manage the assembly, installation, and testing of machines and complete lines for confectionery production.
• Execute mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic assembly and testing according to technical schematics.
• Conduct validation tests during FAT in collaboration with electrical assembly personnel and oversee FAT testing in the presence of clients.
• Install and commission equipment at client sites, performing SAT and validation tests similar to FAT processes.
• Provide post-sales support, including repairs, maintenance, and installation of additional components, as well as training clients on the equipment.

Requirements

• Technical background in mechanical or mechatronic engineering.
• 4-5 years of experience in mechanical assembly roles, preferably in companies specializing in automatic machines.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Excellent knowledge of mechanical technical drawings.
• Willingness to travel frequently for national and international assignments (approximately 100 days per year).
• Strong collaboration skills with technical departments (Engineering, Project Management).
• Proactive attitude towards innovation and continuous improvement in automation technology projects.
