About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Operations Employee to join our team at Prinzhorn Group. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in the packaging industry, focusing on high-quality cardboard packaging solutions. As a Technical Operations Employee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations remotely, ensuring that our processes run smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Load and unload trucks with materials such as waste paper bales.
• Manage the disposal of waste pallets and maintain cleanliness in the Balemaster area.
• Provide necessary materials to machines using cutting machines.
• Assist in tool transport during night shifts and at processing machines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Completed training as a forklift driver with several years of experience.
• Strong resilience and a high level of commitment.
• Willingness to pursue continuous education and training.
• Flexible, goal-oriented, and team-oriented working style.
• High quality and cost awareness.
• Ability to work in a 3-shift model and on weekends if necessary.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the packaging industry.
