Group Sales Advisor - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a Group Sales Advisor in a remote capacity! As a Group Sales Advisor, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, engaging with clients and ensuring their needs are met. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about sales.

What You'll Do

• Make group reservations using a computerized reservation system in a fast-paced environment.
• Answer group telephone calls, handling inquiries, booking amendments, and updates.
• Manage administration and paperwork for Group Leaders, prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines.
• Build strong rapport and long-term relationships with Group Organisers.
• Welcome groups on arrival at the Resort and ensure a smooth handover.
• Create and develop sales leads to secure new business.
• Attend external exhibitions and travel shows to promote and grow Group Sales.
• Assist with direct sales calls during peak demand.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt priorities on the go.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Enthusiasm and energy to thrive in a lively environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of computerized reservation systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
