About the Role

We are seeking a talented Multimedia Content Creator to join our dynamic team at Pico. This Multimedia Content Creator remote position allows you to leverage your creativity and expertise in instructional design to develop engaging digital learning materials. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our educational offerings and ensuring our clients have access to high-quality content.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop eLearning courses, instructional videos, and interactive learning activities that engage users.
• Write and edit educational content, scripts, and course materials to enhance learner engagement.
• Ensure course materials align with learning objectives and industry best practices.
• Leverage existing video content to create/update engaging multimedia resources.
• Apply instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences.
• Utilize eLearning authoring tools (like Articulate and Adobe) to create interactive courses.
• Manage and upload eLearning content on the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and project manage the delivery of complex video content.

Requirements

• BA in instructional design, education, multimedia design, or a related field.
• Experience in eLearning content creation and instructional design.
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools and strong graphic design skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Articulate and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and SCORM/xAPI standards.
