About the Role

What You'll Do

• Conduct cash operations including payments, currency exchange, money transfers, and loan repayments.
• Maintain cash records, adhering to safety protocols and internal bank standards.
• Provide professional and friendly service to clients, being their first point of contact with the bank.
• Propose banking products based on client needs.
• Participate in the opening and closing of the operational day.
• Work with cash and assist clients daily.
• Grow and develop with the team.

Requirements

• Experience in cash operations is an advantage, but not mandatory; we will provide training and support.
• Fluency in the state language.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and disciplined.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to leave a positive impression.
