About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Fastenal. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting with sales and customer service, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the sales process, including order entry, customer inquiries, and sales calls.
• Manage inventory and warehouse operations, including receiving and shipping products.
• Perform administrative tasks such as invoicing and managing financial entries.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
• Utilize our ERP system and related devices for efficient operations.

Requirements

• Strong interest in sales and a desire to succeed in a challenging environment.
• Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office (Excel and Word).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
