About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Customer Consultant to join our team at Virgin Money. This Customer Consultant remote position offers a unique opportunity to connect with customers and provide exceptional service from the comfort of your home. As a key member of our Hull Holderness Road branch, you will play a crucial role in delivering heartfelt service to our customers daily.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers to the branch and assist them with their banking needs.
• Educate customers on our digital services and guide them through the process.
• Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently.
• Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Collaborate with colleagues across branches and the Digital Experience Centre to ensure customers receive expert advice.
• Act as an ambassador for Virgin Money, showcasing our values and services through community events.

Requirements

• Some experience in a customer service environment or a strong desire to learn.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse personalities.
• A flexible and positive approach to meet customer needs.
• Genuine enthusiasm for teamwork and achieving collective goals.
• A keen interest in digital technology and a willingness to stay updated on industry trends.

Nice to Have

• Experience in financial services.
