About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team remotely at Luster National. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our infrastructure consulting programs and project-based initiatives. This position allows you to work from anywhere in the world while contributing to a dynamic organization focused on delivering high-quality technical documentation and specifications for engineering projects.
What You'll Do
- Conduct full lifecycle recruiting across various positions, ensuring a seamless process from sourcing to hiring.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Source and engage qualified candidates through innovative and effective methods.
- Coordinate the recruiting process, including job postings, interviews, and candidate evaluations.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines to ensure a steady flow of talent.
- Maintain data accuracy within recruiting platforms and track recruiting activity for reporting purposes.
- Represent Luster National at career fairs and recruiting events to promote our brand and attract talent.
- Stay current on employment laws and best practices to ensure compliance and improve recruiting processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience as a recruiter in engineering or related fields.
- Proven experience in direct sourcing using various techniques.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems like Greenhouse.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation discipline.
- Ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- A collaborative mindset that fosters teamwork and a natural curiosity for problem-solving.
