About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Clinical Specialist to join OrganOx, a pioneering global medical device company dedicated to enhancing organ transplantation outcomes and saving lives. As a Remote Clinical Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality remote support to transplant centers and organ procurement organizations (OPOs). This fully remote position allows you to contribute to advancing transplantation science and patient care while working from the comfort of your home.

What You'll Do

• Deliver real-time guidance and support to transplant centers and OPOs, ensuring the safe and effective use of the OrganOx metra®.
• Function as a key member of the Clinical Support team, offering clinical and technical expertise remotely.
• Participate in a comprehensive 16-week certification program to enhance your skills and knowledge in organ transplantation.
• Provide exceptional customer assistance, leveraging your strong communication skills to address inquiries and concerns.
• Travel for training courses and customer support as needed, demonstrating your commitment to professional development.
• Work flexible hours to accommodate the needs of transplant centers and OPOs across different time zones.

Requirements

• Experience in clinical support or a related field, with a strong understanding of medical devices preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to provide real-time assistance and guidance.
• Technical expertise in medical devices is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for training and customer support.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the demands of the role.
