About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Help Center Consultant to join PerfectServe, a leader in healthcare technology solutions. This remote position allows you to contribute to enhancing patient care and clinical workflows through innovative SaaS products. As a Help Center Consultant, you will play a vital role in applying our clinical communication and physician scheduling solutions to meet the needs of our clients, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and efficient workflows.

What You'll Do

  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Design and configure applications that cater to both clinicians and patients.
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceed client expectations consistently through expert engagement.
  • Document requirements and proposed solutions in various formats.
  • Configure solutions for client self-administration.
  • Act resourcefully to retain clients and enhance satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team to transform healthcare communication.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience as a PerfectServe Specialist or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement.
  • Broad knowledge of medical specialties and clinical workflows.
  • Mastery of the PerfectServe platform.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic and a team-oriented approach.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare technology or SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with clinical communication tools.
  • Previous roles in customer support or consulting.
