As a Remote Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects run smoothly and efficiently, making remote work remarkable. What You'll Do

• Lead client engagement and project scoping to define project parameters and objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans to oversee day-to-day project activities and task assignments.
• Ensure project governance and accountability by coordinating efforts among technical leads and teams.
• Facilitate regular meetings and status updates to keep all stakeholders informed.
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively to ensure successful project delivery.
• Create executive-level dashboards and updates to communicate project status effectively.
• Ensure complete project documentation for future reference and compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a proven track record of managing complex, large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira to track progress and manage tasks.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills to foster collaboration among team members.
• Fluency in English is required, with a preference for candidates based in Latin America.

Nice to Have

• Experience in remote project management and working with distributed teams.
