About the Role

Articulate is hiring a Senior Brand Designer II - Remote to shape our brand’s visual identity and lead the development of impactful campaigns. As a key member of our design team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging web experiences and scalable brand systems.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development and evolution of brand identity across campaigns and web journeys.
• Drive art direction for integrated campaigns and web experiences.
• Develop visually compelling designs that resonate with audiences.
• Own execution of major campaign and web experience projects.
• Ensure design consistency across brand guidelines and assets.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders and present work effectively.
• Act as a mentor to other designers, providing feedback and guidance.
• Promote a culture of openness and inclusivity in design processes.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams.
• Shape design approaches to ensure efficiency across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 8+ years of design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proven success in brand campaigns and agency work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience leading campaign art direction in digital environments.
• Expertise in visual design and brand identity.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring teams and providing constructive feedback.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects.

Nice to Have

• Experience with user experience (UX) design principles.
• Familiarity with web development processes.
• Knowledge of current design trends and tools.
