About the Role

Virginia Transformer Corp is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager remote to lead our recruiting efforts as we aim for another 3X growth cycle. This role is pivotal in shaping our workforce and ensuring we attract top talent to support our ambitious goals.

What You'll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across various roles, including technical, manufacturing, and leadership positions.
• Partner with business leaders to develop proactive recruiting strategies that align with workforce plans and hiring priorities.
• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performing culture focused on continuous improvement.
• Utilize data-driven decision-making to track recruiting metrics and improve hiring outcomes.
• Enhance the employer brand by promoting a positive candidate experience and engaging with external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in recruiting within manufacturing or technical environments.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and ATS platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with high-volume hiring and executive searches.
• Familiarity with immigration and international hiring.
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) is a plus.
