Support Engineer for Retrofit Projects - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a Support Engineer for Retrofit Projects to join our team at AERTEC. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while supporting critical aerospace projects, specifically related to the AIRBUS A400M. As a Support Engineer, you will play a vital role in the industrialization of processes and provide essential support to production teams.

What You'll Do

• Industrialize processes related to the AIRBUS A400M, ensuring smooth operations.
• Conduct AOCs (description, materials, documentation, CSE, unlock, SGM, etc.) to support production activities.
• Perform studies on various documents including Service Bulletins, AOTs, and IRFs.
• Manage and resolve technical queries related to the A400M, focusing on industrialization setups.
• Analyze industrialization documents in compliance with part 145 in DOGs.
• Oversee material registration in SAP and follow up with clients on blocking points.
• Sequence and plan work orders to optimize production flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in a similar role, particularly in aerospace environments.
• High proficiency in office software (Office Suite, Google Suite).
• Intermediate level of English, both spoken and written.
• Methodical, organized, and proactive with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and maintain a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative culture.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of CATIA software.
