About the Role

Amplifon is seeking a Senior Indirect Procurement Buyer to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. This Senior Indirect Procurement Buyer remote position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of empowering individuals to rediscover the emotions of sound. You will play a crucial role in managing sourcing activities across various indirect categories, ensuring that our procurement strategies align with company goals.

What You'll Do

• Manage sourcing activities across indirect categories such as Marketing, IT, and HR services.
• Conduct RFPs, RFQs, and competitive bidding processes to secure the best value for the organization.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement effective procurement strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers while monitoring their performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and provide guidance.
• Support contract negotiations and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Track and report procurement savings and support budget planning related to indirect spend categories.
• Promote procurement best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Excellent analytical and financial evaluation abilities.
• Proficient in advanced Excel and data analysis.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the retail or healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of procurement software tools.
• Additional language skills.
