Electrician - Remote Position at CBRE

About the Role

We are looking for an Electrician to join our team at CBRE. In this Electrician remote position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functioning of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems in our facilities.

What You'll Do

• Supervise the operation, repair, and maintenance of electrical and lighting systems.
• Perform new equipment installations.
• Diagnose, repair, and replace electrical components such as valves, motors, controls, wiring, fans, pumps, and compressors.
• Ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Review maintenance histories to design proactive inspection and preventive maintenance plans.
• Communicate technical information clearly and simply within the team.
• Provide support for HVAC system maintenance, repair, or supervision.

Requirements

• High School/GED or technical training; apprenticeship program valued.
• 3–4 years of experience in a similar position.
• Master Electrician license as per local regulations + driver's license.
• Physical capability for tasks requiring effort (climbing stairs, walking, lifting over 50 lbs).
• Solid handling of Microsoft Office.
• Able to analyze technical problems and apply judgment to resolve them.
• Organizational skills and a curious mindset.
• Intermediate math skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience or knowledge in HVAC systems (maintenance, diagnosis, operation).
