CRM Marketing Specialist - Remote Role for Sports Engagement

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and innovative CRM Marketing Specialist to join our fully remote team at EXL. As a CRM Marketing Specialist remote, you will play a crucial role in enhancing fan engagement for a leading international sports league. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your CRM expertise while working with a dynamic team dedicated to transforming marketing strategies through data and analytics.

What You'll Do

• Drive product, contact, and creative strategies to develop and implement large-scale CRM campaigns optimized using machine learning and predictive modeling.
• Manage and execute the marketing campaign process from initial request submission to deployment, focusing on outbound marketing channels such as email, SMS, and push notifications.
• Conduct audience segmentation and quality assurance of touchpoints, ensuring personalization elements and dynamic content are effectively utilized.
• Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests to yield continuous improvements in fan strategies and increase conversion rates.
• Optimize lifecycle CRM campaigns (e.g., onboarding, reactivation) using insights and analytics to enhance fan lifetime value (LTV).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, partners, and vendors to build effective campaign strategies that meet performance targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of relevant work experience in CRM marketing.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Epsilon PeopleCloud Messaging, Movable Ink, and Attentive.
• Prior knowledge of enterprise-level marketing automation platforms (Adobe tools preferred).
• Proficiency in HTML editing and a strong understanding of channel KPIs, A/B testing, and reporting metrics.
• Fluency in English, French, and Arabic.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
