Supply Chain (Procurement) Internship - Remote

About the Role

We are excited to offer a Supply Chain (Procurement) Internship - Remote for Spring 2026 at O-I, a leader in glass packaging. This internship provides a unique opportunity to assist and learn key aspects of Supply Chain operations. As a remote intern, you will engage in various Supply Chain projects, including procurement and data analysis, while working in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

• Assist in buying, expediting, and invoice resolution to support procurement processes.
• Conduct spend analysis and market intelligence for sourcing events to optimize purchasing strategies.
• Engage in material inventory tracking and business process reviews to enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead smaller projects and provide updates to management on progress and outcomes.
• Create and maintain key Supply Chain KPIs to measure performance and drive improvements.
• Maintain manufacturing production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Perform ad hoc supply chain analyses to support decision-making.
• Learn fundamental business processes in supply chain management and develop your skills in a real-world setting.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
• Previous internships in Supply Chain or related fields are a plus.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with supply chain management software.
