Business Resilience Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Resilience Specialist to join our innovative team at Allitude. This remote Business Resilience Specialist role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the operational resilience of our banking services. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuity of operations and enhancing our resilience strategies.

What You'll Do

• Manage Operational Resilience initiatives and conduct Business Impact Analysis.
• Collaborate on Risk Assessments and define Processes and Operational Continuity Plans.
• Plan and participate in operational resilience testing.
• Maintain documentation and information flows related to resilience strategies.
• Oversee the collection and verification of critical suppliers' operational continuity plans.
• Provide training to staff on resilience and operational continuity topics.
• Supervise supplier activities within your area of responsibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of the DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) regulation.
• Familiarity with Continuity Management standards (ISO22301, BSI Standard BS25999).
• Understanding of IT Governance frameworks and standards (ITIL, ISO, COBIT, etc.).
• Experience in the financial sector and knowledge of applicable regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Office 365 tools.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in the banking sector.
• At least 2 years of experience in Business Continuity, Business Impact Analysis, or Risk Assessment.
• Good command of the English language.
