Director of Product Marketing & Content Strategy - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Product Marketing & Content Strategy to join our remote team at Interact. This role is pivotal in shaping our product narrative and competitive positioning while leveraging AI-powered workflows to enhance efficiency. As a leader, you will guide our product marketing and content teams, driving strategic initiatives that impact our go-to-market (GTM) efforts.
What You'll Do
- Craft differentiated product positioning and messaging based on customer insights and competitive research.
- Lead GTM strategy for product launches, establishing repeatable processes for planning and measurement.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance market analysis and segmentation, improving GTM speed and impact.
- Build and scale a competitive intelligence program, integrating insights from market research and customer feedback.
- Oversee the content team to execute a full-funnel content strategy aligned with GTM priorities.
- Ensure content is optimized for SEO, AEO, and GEO, leveraging AI for content creation and performance iteration.
- Foster a culture of experimentation and operational excellence within the product marketing and content teams.
- Create a measurement framework for product marketing performance, utilizing analytics for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of B2B SaaS product marketing and/or content leadership experience.
- At least 3 years of experience leading teams in high-growth environments.
- Strong cross-functional leadership experience with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Expertise in messaging, positioning, competitive intelligence, and GTM strategy.
- Proficiency in modern AI tools for content and operational workflows.
- Excellent storytelling skills with strong strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and build scalable processes.
