About the Role

What You'll Do

• Assist in achieving the goals set forth in your educational training program.
• Participate in the education, care, and upbringing of children according to the Bavarian Education and Training Plan.
• Contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational activities.
• Support children in their journey towards independence and self-determination.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

Requirements

• Acceptance from a recognized academy for social pedagogy for the Social Pedagogical Introductory Year (SEJ).
• A passion for working with children and a commitment to their development.
• Ability to recognize and nurture the uniqueness of each child.
• Alignment with the values and goals of Caritas.
• Willingness to implement these values in daily professional practice.

Nice to Have

• Experience in educational settings or with children.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Knowledge of inclusive education practices.
