About the Role

We are seeking a Supply Chain & Logistics Performance Manager to join our team at Thalia. This remote opportunity allows you to leverage your expertise in logistics and supply chain management to enhance our operations. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring transparency and efficiency across our logistics network, translating operational data into actionable insights. As a Supply Chain & Logistics Performance Manager, you will help us optimize costs, service levels, and overall performance.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service levels across the logistics chain, ensuring maximum transparency.
  • Support planning and control by creating budget plans and forecasts for the logistics network.
  • Conduct variance and root cause analyses to identify performance drivers and provide recommendations for cost and service optimization.
  • Ensure data quality and standards by maintaining a consistent and valid data foundation.
  • Benchmark locations and service providers, assisting in the economic evaluation of logistics performance.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships by effectively communicating complex information to various audiences.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations controlling.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain structures and logistics processes.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and economic analyses.
  • Proficient in SAP (ERP/EWM), SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to structure complex data clearly and communicate effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong affinity for numbers and results-oriented approach.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented work style with a passion for interdisciplinary collaboration.
