Consultant (f/​m/​d) Healthcare & Life Sciences - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Consultant (f/m/d) in Healthcare & Life Sciences to join our team at Arthur D. Little. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to work with international clients in the biotech and pharma sectors, leveraging your strategic consulting skills to make a significant impact.

What You'll Do

• Advise international customers in collaboration with your team.
• Take responsibility for individual tasks within your projects.
• Mentor junior colleagues and gain initial leadership experience.
• Analyze complex problem areas and relevant data to develop actionable recommendations.
• Work on innovative consulting approaches, focusing on new modalities (ATMPs), biologics, and the future of health.
• Support the preparation of customer meetings and workshops.
• Participate actively in customer acquisition, recruiting events, and publications.

Requirements

• First experience in a strategic consulting company with a strong interest in the pharma/biotech sector.
• A degree in Business, Life Sciences, or Medicine.
• Strong consulting toolkit and a team player with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with healthcare data analytics.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in the biotech industry.
• Previous involvement in customer-facing roles.
