What You'll Do
- Ensure the highest quality of products and execution of dishes served on the restaurant's menu, focusing on taste, temperature, and speed of service to guarantee an optimal customer experience.
- Prepare and organize your station to facilitate efficient service operations.
- Adhere to the hotel's standards and procedures, including hygiene and safety regulations, internal policies, and protocols.
- Collaborate closely with your team to provide guests with a high-end culinary experience, maintaining Peninsula standards.
- Oversee the integration of new employees in your section, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
Requirements
- Aptitude for teamwork and collaboration.
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability.
- Creativity and the ability to discern flavors and aromas.
- Knowledge of hygiene regulations and practices.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end culinary environment.
- Possession of a vocational diploma (BAC PRO, BEP, CAP) or equivalent experience.
