What You'll Do

  • Ensure the highest quality of products and execution of dishes served on the restaurant's menu, focusing on taste, temperature, and speed of service to guarantee an optimal customer experience.
  • Prepare and organize your station to facilitate efficient service operations.
  • Adhere to the hotel's standards and procedures, including hygiene and safety regulations, internal policies, and protocols.
  • Collaborate closely with your team to provide guests with a high-end culinary experience, maintaining Peninsula standards.
  • Oversee the integration of new employees in your section, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Aptitude for teamwork and collaboration.
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability.
  • Creativity and the ability to discern flavors and aromas.
  • Knowledge of hygiene regulations and practices.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end culinary environment.
  • Possession of a vocational diploma (BAC PRO, BEP, CAP) or equivalent experience.
