Engineer/​Plumber - Water Treatment Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Engineer/Plumber to join our team at Culligan Home Ireland Ltd. This Engineer/Plumber role offers the opportunity to work remotely while contributing to our mission of providing exceptional water treatment solutions. As an Engineer/Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing water treatment systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Install, maintain, and repair water treatment systems, including filtration, softening, and purification systems.
• Conduct diagnostic tests and inspections to identify and resolve system malfunctions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding the operation and maintenance of water treatment systems.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and schedule installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and engage in continuous learning opportunities to enhance technical skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Engineer/Plumber, preferably in the field of water treatment.
• Valid plumbing and/or engineering license/certification.
• Strong technical knowledge of water treatment systems, including filtration, softening, and purification.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Nice to Have

• Experience with customer service in a technical environment.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
• Ability to train and mentor junior staff.
