About the Role
Replit is hiring a full-time Staff Product Designer - Design System to join our innovative team. This remote Staff Product Designer position allows you to work from anywhere in the USA, contributing to the development of our design system that enhances user experience across our platform.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design of our design system, ensuring consistency and usability across all products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to implement design solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with our brand and user needs.
- Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best design practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a focus on design systems.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
