About the Role
We're hiring a Software Engineer to join our team at Rinsed, a fast-growing B2B SaaS company revolutionizing the car wash industry. As a Software Engineer focused on support tools, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our software's usability and efficiency. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States while contributing to a dynamic and innovative team.
What You'll Do
- Write efficient, clean, and well-tested code to improve our support tooling.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and support teams to diagnose issues and implement solutions.
- Document findings and communicate product changes effectively to stakeholders.
- Analyze requirements and follow up with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to the overall improvement of Rinsed products through cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software development, preferably in full-stack roles.
- Familiarity with Ruby, Rails, Postgres, JavaScript, and RSpec or similar testing frameworks.
- Proficient in SQL and experienced in working with mature SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and software testing best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a startup environment.
- Knowledge of subscription-based business models.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
