SAP Lead Consultant - SuccessFactors Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a SAP Lead Consultant - SuccessFactors Remote to join our team at CNT Management Consulting. What You'll Do

• Lead SAP SuccessFactors customer projects from conception to go-live, focusing on practical solutions for HR processes based on established best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and direction within your stream, closely collaborating with project management.
• Bring deep HR expertise into the design of complex functional requirements.
• Implement technical solutions within the team, ensuring structured documentation.
• Prepare and conduct workshops and training sessions in both German and English.
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct requirement analyses, effort estimations, and contribute to the creation of customized solutions.
• Support colleagues in resolving complex issues and facilitate active knowledge transfer.
• Mentor young professionals and encourage continuous development of both hard and soft skills.

Requirements

• More than 4 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll Switzerland.
• Certification in SuccessFactors or equivalent experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge or experience in additional SAP SuccessFactors modules is a plus.
• Extensive project experience and strong consulting expertise.
• In-depth knowledge of personnel-related topics, especially HR processes.
• High affinity for modern (cloud) technologies.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel.
• Strong interest in open and constructive collaboration.
• Fluent in both German and English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in international project environments.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
