Junior SAP Consultant - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

Join us as a Junior SAP Consultant in a remote capacity, where you will be part of Seidor's SAP Consulting unit. We assist organizations in their transformation into intelligent enterprises by connecting processes, departments, and functions through comprehensive enterprise management solutions. As a Junior SAP Consultant, you will play a crucial role in optimizing internal processes and operations, enabling better decision-making through advanced data tools.

What You'll Do

• Participate actively in SAP implementation projects, configuration, optimization, and support of SAP systems.
• Work under the supervision of senior consultants and project managers to gain experience in specific SAP modules.
• Implement SAP solutions according to client needs and requirements.
• Configure and parameterize SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, etc.) under the guidance of a senior consultant.
• Identify and analyze client requirements to understand their business processes clearly.
• Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure proper understanding and functioning of the system.
• Document configurations, implementation procedures, testing results, and correct errors under the supervision of a senior consultant.
• Prepare training materials and user guides.
• Provide technical and functional support to end-users during and after implementation.
• Participate in the maintenance and updating of SAP systems.
• Assist in resolving technical and functional issues that arise post-implementation.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Advanced English level, especially for international projects.
• 1-2 years of internship experience; experience in SAP consulting or ERP is valued.
• Basic knowledge of SAP modules and understanding of business processes in areas like finance, logistics, sales, etc.
• Basic programming knowledge in ABAP is desirable.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and work under supervision.
• Initiative to propose improvements and effective solutions tailored to client needs.

Nice to Have

• Experience with project management tools.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools.
• Understanding of cloud-based SAP solutions.
