Requirements

• 6-12 months of supervisory or management experience, preferably in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering flavourful experiences.
• Commercially aware with the ability to drive performance and meet targets.
