About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Lloyds Banking Group. This Marketing Coordinator remote position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission of making renting a good quality home easier and more enjoyable. As part of a growing portfolio with over 7,000 professionally managed homes, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing activities across various channels.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, social media, and events.
  • Manage campaign timelines, briefs, and assets to ensure timely launches that meet objectives.
  • Create, schedule, and support content across social media, websites, blogs, and email marketing.
  • Design marketing assets using Adobe InDesign and coordinate with external agencies.
  • Lead the coordination of brand videos and photoshoots, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools and produce reports on engagement and conversions.
  • Maintain and manage brand assets, ensuring consistent representation across all channels.
  • Support the planning and delivery of events, providing on-the-day support and post-event evaluations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally across multiple channels.
  • Strong written communication skills, including copywriting and proofreading.
  • Competence in using Adobe InDesign with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in scheduling and monitoring social media posts and updating website content.
  • Ability to track campaign performance and use insights for future improvements.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with external agencies and suppliers.
  • Practical experience managing brand assets and guidelines.
  • Exposure to event planning and promotional activities.
