Orthopedic Surgeon - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team at Schulthess Klinik. This remote opportunity allows you to provide exceptional care to patients with orthopedic and traumatic hip and knee pathologies. As an Orthopedic Surgeon, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and implementing conservative therapies, including infiltrations and PRP therapy. You will also have the chance to participate in clinical studies and research, contributing to the advancement of orthopedic medicine.

What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient treatment for patients with orthopedic and traumatic hip and knee conditions.
• Conduct diagnostics and conservative therapies across the full spectrum of orthopedic care.
• Administer infiltrations and PRP therapy as part of treatment plans.
• Participate in clinical studies and research initiatives to enhance patient care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient management.
• Prepare medical reports and assessments based on patient evaluations.
• Depending on your experience, serve as either an assistant or senior physician.

Requirements

• Proven experience in orthopedic surgery with a focus on hip and knee procedures.
• Independent and responsible personality with strong decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach to patient care.
• Passion for the profession and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Fluency in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in clinical research or participation in clinical trials.
• Advanced certifications in orthopedic surgery.
