Associate Implementation Manager - SaaS Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Implementation Manager to join our team at ClearCourse. This remote Associate Implementation Manager position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a growing software provider, E Works, delivering innovative job management and field service software across the UK. As an Associate Implementation Manager, you will be pivotal in onboarding new customers onto our platform, ensuring a seamless transition from sale to successful adoption.

What You'll Do

• Manage the onboarding process for new customers adopting the E Works platform.
• Gather customer requirements and configure the system to match operational needs.
• Deliver remote and occasional onsite product training sessions.
• Support customers through go-live and early adoption of the platform.
• Act as the first point of escalation for implementation-related queries.
• Communicate implementation progress, timelines, and risks clearly to customers.
• Maintain clear documentation including configuration decisions and training records.
• Capture customer feedback and highlight improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience within field service or job management software environments.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects.
• A practical problem-solver with a strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable delivering customer training sessions and guiding users through new systems.

Nice to Have

• Experience implementing or onboarding SaaS platforms.
• Experience delivering software training to customers.
• Basic understanding of cloud-based software environments.
