About the Role

Multiplica Talent is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience for our clients across various digital platforms. Your expertise will help us create innovative solutions that enhance user satisfaction and drive engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design process for digital products, ensuring a user-centered approach in all stages of development.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma, Sketch, and InVision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify user needs and improve product usability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative design practices.
  • Maintain a strong portfolio showcasing your UX design projects and methodologies.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and user research.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and InVision.
  • Experience in designing digital products and understanding interaction design principles.
  • Familiarity with motion design and design systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Updated portfolio demonstrating your UX design projects.
  • Must reside in Peru.

  • Experience with emerging technologies such as AI and IoT.
  • Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
