Senior UX Designer - Remote Contract Position

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure a seamless implementation of designs.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Manage client relationships and communicate design concepts effectively.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX design.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of design projects.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall growth of the design team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in eCommerce or brand development is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS).
