Senior SQL Developer - Remote Opportunities Available

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior SQL Developer to join our dynamic team at MoOngy. This Senior SQL Developer remote position offers the chance to work on innovative data processing applications while collaborating with a diverse group of professionals. You will play a key role in designing and developing solutions that enhance our data processing capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Contribute to the conception, design, and development of data processing solutions.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for batch data processing.
• Work collaboratively within an Agile team to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure code quality, version control, and deployment through CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in a multicultural environment.

Requirements

• Mandatory: Spark SQL experience.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in an MS-SQL development environment, preferably in Data Processing projects.
• Strong expertise in Transactional SQL and Relational Databases (PostgreSQL).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling (e.g., GitLab, Liquibase).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools.
