Service Technician - Heat Pump Systems (Remote)

About the Role

Join Galvany as a Service Technician specializing in heat pump systems and help accelerate the energy transition! This remote role focuses on providing installation support, commissioning, and maintenance of innovative heat pump systems for our clients. As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in our mission for a greener future.

What You'll Do

• Provide installation support and maintenance for heat pump systems at customer sites.
• Assist installation partners in integrating systems into existing heating setups and offer on-site technical advice.
• Plan, design, and continuously optimize hydraulic connections to ensure efficiency.
• Analyze and resolve malfunctions, performing repairs in the field as needed.
• Document all work processes accurately and conduct clear technical briefings for clients and partners.
• Collaborate closely with project management and our technical team to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Completed training as a systems mechanic (SHK) or a comparable qualification.
• Solid knowledge in heating and heat pump technology.
• Experience in field service is advantageous.
• High level of reliability, independence, and customer orientation.
• Willingness to travel within Germany (company vehicle provided) - Class B driver's license required.
• Proficient use of digital tools (e.g., mobile work reports).
• Fluent German language skills (minimum B2/C1).
