Senior Social Media Manager - Voice AI Focus

About the Role

Deepgram is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence and drive the Voice AI conversation. This Senior Social Media Manager remote position offers a unique opportunity to shape how the world perceives Deepgram online.

What You'll Do

• Define Deepgram’s Social Strategy: Establish the role, tone, and social pillars for Deepgram across LinkedIn, X, and emerging channels.
• Own the Social Calendar: Decide what we post, when we post, and maintain the company’s central social calendar.
• Develop the Content Engine: Drive social content creation from ideation to publishing, focusing on video-led formats that highlight innovative Deepgram use cases.
• Craft Compelling Copy: Write clear, sharp, and brand-aligned copy across all platforms.
• Engage the Community: Monitor cultural and industry conversations, facilitating authentic responses to our online community.
• Partner with Influential Voices: Identify and collaborate with influential voices to tell the Deepgram story in new and unexpected ways.
• Set the Standard: Establish high-quality social standards and coach the wider team on social content creation.
• Analyze & Iterate: Define success metrics that tie brand-building to business objectives, using performance data to refine our creative approach.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience building social for a high-growth brand, ideally in B2B.
• Exceptional copywriting skills with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to write for developers, execs, and the larger AI community.
• Tech-forward mindset, excited to dive into the world of STT, TTS, and STS.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and complex content calendars.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social).

Nice to Have

• Prior experience supporting developer, research, or technical communities through social programs.
• Experience developing educational or marketing content for developers.
