Regional Access Manager - Pharmaceutical Industry

About the Role

We are seeking a Regional Access Manager to join our team at Angelini Pharma. This Regional Access Manager remote position is pivotal in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector. You will be responsible for ensuring access to our pharmaceutical products and managing strategic accounts effectively.

What You'll Do

• Build, develop, and maintain relationships with institutional and technical stakeholders, including regional and local associations.
• Analyze regional and local health governance to support product launches and manage expectations.
• Support the integration of field roles and align strategies with regional needs.
• Promote access to new drugs through awareness activities and the implementation of access plans.
• Contribute to launch plans and monitor purchasing processes to ensure favorable commercial conditions.
• Carry out regional access activities for the Angelini portfolio, reporting directly to the Access & Value Head.

Requirements

• Scientific or Economic Degree.
• At least 5 years of commercial experience in Prescription Medicine and specialties care.
• Strong understanding of patient journeys and burden of disease.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to define local cross-functional business plans.
• Proficient in designing business presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Field Management, Product Management, or Access & Regulatory Management.
• Robust cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Availability for frequent business trips.
