About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for developing and customizing Salesforce applications to meet our clients' needs. With over 10 years of experience required, you will bring your expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and JavaScript to create robust solutions that enhance user experience and streamline processes.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement Salesforce applications using Apex and Visualforce.
  • Create and manage Visualforce pages and standard/custom controllers.
  • Collaborate with clients to analyze process flows and design effective solutions.
  • Communicate technical issues and provide creative solutions to clients.
  • Engage in process flow analysis to improve client satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Work closely with other developers and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality standards in development.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and JavaScript.
  • Experience in building Visualforce pages independently.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Flows is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills for client interaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Developer).
  • Experience with Salesforce Communities.
  • Knowledge of additional Salesforce tools and integrations.
