What You'll Do

• Welcome and greet guests warmly, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Set up and maintain buffet stations according to brand standards.
• Serve food and beverages with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Assist in room service deliveries and ensure timely collection of items.
• Prepare mise en place for various outlets and support event setups.
• Operate POS systems for accurate billing of food and drinks.
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Participate in mandatory training sessions and team meetings.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food and beverage service or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
