Arch Systems is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team, working remotely from Europe. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen to drive growth and deliver exceptional solutions to our clients. As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our engineering and sales teams, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers effectively.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions as a Senior Sales Engineer.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients.
• Assist in the development of sales strategies and contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Provide technical support during the sales process and address customer inquiries.
• Work closely with product management and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and help shape product development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role.
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS products and solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms.
