What You'll Do

• Lead and manage your shift team, ensuring a safe and efficient operation.
• Coordinate and organize all work orders, ensuring proper handover between shifts.
• Support the development of your team through structured onboarding and ongoing training.
• Act as the main point of contact between production, technical, and management teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards in all operations.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience as a Shift Supervisor or Process Specialist in chemical production.
• Strong knowledge of process control systems and safety protocols.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented approach.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.

Nice to Have

• Certification in CPT or CPP (Certified Process Technician).
• Experience with new technologies in chemical production.
• Proven track record of enhancing safety culture within a team.
