Sales Director - Life & Pension SaaS Solutions (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Director to join our Business Development team in the Nordics. This Sales Director remote position focuses on the Life & Pension insurance domain, where you will leverage your expertise in managing SaaS sales cycles across enterprise insurers and pension providers.

What You'll Do

• Drive the sales process in the Nordic market from A to Z, leading our sales activities and relationship management.
• Engage with senior decision-makers to build strategic relationships and position Keylane as a trusted partner in digital transformation.
• Collaborate with managing consultants, project managers, and business analysts to understand customer needs and identify how Keylane’s solutions can support their digital transformation.
• Focus on new business sales, developing up- and cross-sell opportunities, and building long-term partnerships through successful contract renewals.
• Work closely with local sales managers in the Netherlands and Denmark, and collaborate with our marketing team based in Denmark.

Requirements

• Experience selling software platforms, preferably SaaS, and/or experience from the Nordic Life & Pension sector.
• Established network within the Life & Pension insurance industry in the Nordics.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels in customer organizations.
• Skilled in account management and sales planning, with experience in driving complex sales processes, including RFIs, RFPs, and contracting.
• Comfortable working in agile environments with a strong customer focus.

Nice to Have

• Experience preparing presentations, proposals, and solution suggestions.
• Ability to develop business cases and translate customer needs into solution proposals.
