Development Quality Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Development Quality Manager to join our team at Verkor, a pioneering company in low-carbon battery manufacturing. This remote Development Quality Manager position offers you the opportunity to shape the future of European mobility while working with a diverse team of experts from around the globe.

What You'll Do

• Manage the technical team and ensure full deployment of VPQP standards for both product and project.
• Lead projects towards start of production, ensuring comprehensive monitoring of quality requirements during development.
• Identify training needs within teams and support quality managers with battery technical expertise.
• Conduct regular Gemba walks and audits to identify gaps-to-quality in Verkor production facilities and development processes.
• Facilitate the use of VPQP processes and train teams on automotive product development and project development standards.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in the automotive industry with a proven track record in quality and project development.
• Knowledge in li-ion cell design is a plus; project development processes are a must.
• Ability to engage and influence other functions involved in design and operations.
• Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and facilitating VPQP processes.
• Strong organizational skills, results-driven mindset, and attention to detail.
