About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Remote Backend Developer to join our dynamic team at Evolve Tech LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality, scalable software solutions that meet the needs of our users. As a Senior Remote Backend Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and UX designers, to create innovative backend solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to maintain high code quality standards.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to implement automated testing and unit tests.

  • Document solutions through flowcharts, diagrams, and code comments to ensure clarity and maintainability.
  • Stay updated with the latest development tools and programming techniques to enhance your skills.
  • Lead agile cross-functional teams to deliver innovative backend solutions on time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Backend Developer, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Java.
  • Proficiency in using version control systems like Git.
  • Experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality user experiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and programming tools quickly.
