Senior HR People Analytics Specialist - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior HR People Analytics Specialist to lead our HR Analytics strategy remotely. In this role, you will ensure the integration, quality, and advanced exploitation of HR data to support strategic decision-making at both local and international levels. What You'll Do
- Define and lead the global HR Analytics strategy, aligning it with the objectives of the People area and the business.
- Design and maintain HR data models integrating payroll, personnel administration, and financial systems.
- Govern the roadmap for HR systems evolution (Oracle HCM, Meta4, SAP, SuccessFactors), prioritizing analytical and reporting enhancements.
- Lead data standardization projects across countries.
- Act as a key liaison between HR, IT, and Finance to ensure consistency and reliability of information.
- Identify synergies and efficiencies in HR data processes and structures.
- Develop dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to workforce analytics, personnel costs, payroll and compensation, legal compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure data quality, traceability, auditing, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and technology providers in analytics and HR systems projects.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in HR systems, payroll, and personnel administration.
- Proven experience in multinational environments.
- Strong track record in implementing, evolving, and optimizing HR systems.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects with HR, IT, and Finance.
- Technical knowledge of HR systems: Oracle HCM, Meta4 PeopleNet/eMind.
- Deep understanding of payroll and personnel administration processes.
- Experience with integrations, web services, and employee portals.
- Data languages and tools: SQL/PL-SQL, Python (preferred).
- Data-driven approach applied to HR.
